Refunds & Returns
If you would like to cancel an order, please notify us via email within 24 hours using this contact page or our email address at help@TheLightpad.co. Please include your name, email address you used when you ordered as well as your order number.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to arrange a return. Please DO NOT send items back to us without a valid return number on the parcel. IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns without a valid return number.
Defective products will be replaced or refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We do not accept returns without a valid return number.
It can take up to 48 hours for the refund to be credited to your card/account from our end. How long it takes for the refund to show on your account depends on your bank (or card issuer). If your refund still don't show up in your account after 14 days of receiving your refund confirmation from us, please contact your bank/card issuer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
To return your product, please contact us to arrange the return. Please note that we do not cover return shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: Customs Duties
Every country has different customs rules and regulations. Many EU countries charge a customs fee on certain products. We DO NOT cover these charges. Delivery delays due to customs clearances is out of our control. Please be patient if your parcel is awaiting customs clearances.
IMPORTANT: DELIVERIES TO P.O BOXES
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for deliveries to P.O Box addresses under any circumstances. Missing parcels to P.O Box addresses not eligible for replacements since its not covered by our couriers for insurance.
